Closings Begin at Luxury Carroll Gardens Brownstone Conversion

New York, NY - December 17, 2009 - The Brody Group and Halstead Property Development Marketing today announced that they have fully sold the new residential development, 90 First Place, in Brooklyn’s Carroll Gardens, and closings have begun.

According to the developer, Eric Brody, the first two closings were completed this week on a garden duplex and penthouse duplex.  The remaining residences are expected to close by the end of the year.

Located at 90 First Place in Carroll Gardens, the newly renovated five-residence brownstone development features three deluxe two-bedroom floor-through homes and two large duplexes ranging in price from $925,000 to $1.15M.  Sales began in mid-April and with its final contract signed in December, the development is now completely sold out.
