Ekstein Development and RD Management are the developers of the City Ice Pavilion and they have a mission to bring hockey education and the experience of ice skating and training to the New York Community.  The rink is available for use by local high school teams, as well as intramural leagues and private lessons.  The rink is also being used by the NYPD/FDNY Hockey League.
