NEW YORK, NY - August 18, 2009 -Parkview Developers and Halstead Property Development Marketing today announced that closings have begun at the The 505 in Hell’s Kitchen.

According to developer Mati Weiderpass, the first closing was completed on Friday, August 14 and the remaining will happen in phases over the course of the summer and fall. Upon closing, residents may begin moving in immediately.

The first unit to close was an 832 square foot one bedroom, one bathroom residence for $855,000.
