You’re invited to tour eight of Halstead’s finest new developments in various locations throughout Harlem on July 22 from 11:30 AM - 2:30 PM.What’s new in Harlem real estate? From condos approved for FHA-financing (3.5% down) to a luxury green condominium development to affordable and market rate units in a range of prices, this tour highlights some of what is available in the Harlem real estate market today.

Brokers and the general public alike are invited to tour any or all of the developments at their own pace and can enjoy refreshments at several of the locations. Those who visit all eight developments will be entered into a raffle for a three night hotel giveaway sponsored by Wells Fargo.
