THE 505 IN HELL’S KITCHEN PASSES ALL INSPECTIONS; PREPARES FOR TCO With Only 7 Units Remaining, The 505 is 93% Sold Out; Closings Set to Begin
NEW YORK, NY - June 25, 2009 - Parkview Developers LLC and Halstead Property Development Marketing today announced that all engineering and building inspections for the first phase are complete at The 505 in Hell’s Kitchen, and the developers are preparing for the Temporary Certificate of Occupancy
(TCO) so that closings may begin.
As of yesterday, all engineering and building inspections for the first phase at The 505 have been completed and passed. According to Developer Mati Weiderpass, “We officially passed our Department of Buildings inspection yesterday and now the building is being readied for the first phase of appraisals, closings and occupancy. We expect to close the first unit by the end of July.” The 505 passed on the first inspection by the DOB.
The 505 is a luxury condominium and gardens development complex in Hell’s Kitchen located at 505 West 47th Street. With only seven units remaining, The 505 is 93% sold out. The seven-story newly constructed condominium has a total of 108 residences situated in two buildings surrounding a garden courtyard that make up a half acre of land.
