You may have seen this story in yesterday’s New York Times, “A Harvest In Brick,” about our client Hamilton Lofts (a Halstead development), which is a newly constructed boutique, two-building development in Harlem at 117 Edgecombe Avenue (between 140th and 141st Streets). The developer Romy Goldman discussed how by keeping costs low, she was able to provide good value on immaculate properties.
