People’s Choice Award Winners Announced

Winners of the first ever People’s Choice Stevie® Awards for Favorite New Products were announced yesterday! For the first time, The American Business Awards opened the polls to the general public who were able to cast their votes online for their favorite new products of the year. The winners will be presented their specially-designed crystal awards at the 7^th annual American Business Awards banquet in New York on Monday, June 22.

More than 100,000 votes were cast over the past month.  Winners in the 12 people’s choice categories are:

Favorite Desktop/End User Software: Mozilla’s Firefox 3

Favorite Entertainment or Media Product/Service: Hulu.com

Favorite Financial Product/Service: Quicken Online 2009

Favorite Gadget: Apple iPod Touch

Favorite iPhone App: Pandora Radio

Favorite PDA/Smartphone: Apple iPhone 3G

Favorite Product or Service - Other: Pilar^TM Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet with Touch2O^TM Technology by Delta®

Favorite Server Software: Symantec Backup Exec 12.5 for Windows Servers

Favorite Service: LifeLock’s TrueAddress

Favorite Software - New Version: Stamps.com’s PC Postage Version 8.0

Favorite Software as a Service: Ultimate Software’s UltiPro

Favorite Telecom Product or Service: YouMail Visual VoiceMail Plus For BlackBerry

The American Business Awards are the country’s top awards honoring companies, non-profits, and government agencies and the executives and workers who make them go. Details about The American Business Awards are available at www.stevieawards.com/aba.
