Harlem residential development Beacon Towers offers “stimulus package” for buyers

Today, the developers of Beacon Towers, a new residential development in Harlem, announced that they are offering a “stimulus package” to buyers to help cover monthly living expenses, while aiming also to stimulate the local community.
The Beacon Towers Stimulus Package will provide buyers with a $300 cash bonus each month for the first year of residency. This cash bonus will help buyers pay utilities, buy a Metrocard or add to your savings. The cash bonus is for the buyer to do what they will with it.
