American Business Awards Offer Two $1,000 Prizes for People’s Choice Stevie Awards

Mediashop’s client, The American Business Awards, announced today that for the first time ever, the general public is able to cast their vote for their favorite new products of the year in the People’s Choice Stevie® Awards for Favorite New Products(SM), a new public voting system.

To encourage voting, organizers will award $1,000 Amazon.com gift cards to two randomly chosen voters. Voters increase their chance of winning with each category in which they vote. Participants can only cast one vote per category and all votes are final. Voting concludes on June 1.

Categories include:

–  BlackBerry Storm and T-Mobile G1 with Google in “Favorite PDA/Smartphone” category

–  Apple iPod Touch and Roku Netflix Box in “Favorite Gadget” category

–  Pandora Radio and Wikipanion in “Favorite iPhone App” category

Voting is now open at http://peopleschoice.stevieawards.com/.

All organizations operating in the U.S.A. are eligible to submit entries to The American Business Awards — public and private, for-profit and non-profit, large and small. The final entry deadline is April 30. Entries will be accepted in dozens of categories from Executive of the Year, Company of the Year, and Best New Product or Service to Best Web Site and Best Annual Report.
