PR and the pope

Sorry I missed this, but you’ll want to check out Monday’s USA Today opinion story about “PR and the pope.” The story goes into detail about how Pope Benedict, for apparently no good reason, welcomed an anti-Semitic bishop back into the church’s good graces and how their communication efforts around the issue were uncontrolled and ultimately a failure.
