20 Henry Street presents a seminar for consumers about home buying in today’s market, featuring a seminar by Robert Bisberg, Private Mortgage Banker at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. The seminar will address concerns about qualifying for a mortgage, real estate investments, lending practices and understanding and managing your credit. 

Mr. Bisberg will share information with the audience that includes:

- Is real estate still a good investment?

- Are banks still lending?

- How to qualify for a mortgage in today’s economic environment

- Understanding and managing your credit profile
